Vape Shop Retail Sales Assistant

Stylex Cloud are after a confident experienced sales assistant to join our friendly team. We work together like family and grow the business together as a team. Working for Stylex Cloud your role will be to recommend e-cigarettes to help the customer quit smoking. The role is sales which means you will need to have confidence to upsell etc.

The ideal assistant that we are looking for needs to have a bubbly personality, trust worthy, good at time keeping and wants to achieve and move up in the company.

We would prefer if you have experience with e-cigarettes, you need to be over the age of 18 years to work for our company.

The roles will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for both devices and juice.


• Confidence in approaching all aspects of the role and life!


• Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till.


• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries with ease.


• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers.


• Organised and has amazing standards. From cleaning and rearranging the store after hours to ensure the most premium feel always.


• Communication and collaboration with the team to increase sales and ensure stock levels are correct.


• Happy to go above and beyond and give us your ideas.
