Provide crucial internal support for the effective implementation of new schemes, and deliver excellent customer service for all our stakeholders / clients.

What you'll need

  • Any experience of project managing the effective on-boarding of new customers, working with Business Development and Account Development Managers, acting as the point of contact for new customer during the implementation phase

  • Have high attention to detail with raising and manage internal and external contractual agreements.

  • Experience of managing credit requests with funders

  • Being able to set- up and manage motor insurance, as well setting up new customers account and collaborating with other internal departments

  • Collaborating with other department to manage and coordinate with building brand customer driver portals

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of competence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

  • A passion for constantly delivering high level customer service

  • An effective collaborator

  • An ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
