Transport Planner (Palletforce)

We are looking for a Transport Planner to assist our team on our Pallet Network operations, to help support our growing company and oversee the operational duties and assist with customers requirements. The role would suit a an enthusiastic person that is looking to progress and gain further experience in a supervisory position.

• Experience within a Transport and Pallet network environment, planning vehicles and dealing with operations and high level of customer service is imperative


• High level of Customer Service skills (role would include liaising with customers on a daily basis)


• Generating reports for the Managing Director on key daily/weekly stats


• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure Pallet Network compliance


• Compliance with law and industry regulations


• Strong Geographic knowledge of the local GU and SO postcode zones


• Supporting the wider operations team and providing guidance


• Hard Working and Self-Motivated


• Ability to work as a member of a young team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


The premises is operational between the hours of 0600-1900. Expected hours would be 0900-1800, however this can be discussed in further detail at interview.
