Full Job Description
- Lead a team of Transfers Case Handlers to guide the team and/or proactively assist in production issues and queries
- Subject Matter Expert in UK Transfers and systems, including Equisoft, CREST, UBS and Clearstream
- Manage Risk to ensure compliance/regulations are being met, and raise necessary internal risks and put in place appropriate measures to manage risk
- Manage client relationships to ensure that our SLAs are adequately measured, and that clients are kept aware of our case management and any issues
- Liaise internally with colleagues to resolve disputes / complete work items, and make recommendations on matters affecting productivity, efficiency, service or problem resolution
- Complete regular MI and other Management updates for necessary committees as required
- Maintains up-to-date procedure manuals and writes drafts for changes to procedures.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
