Full Job Description

  • Lead a team of Transfers Case Handlers to guide the team and/or proactively assist in production issues and queries

  • Subject Matter Expert in UK Transfers and systems, including Equisoft, CREST, UBS and Clearstream

  • Manage Risk to ensure compliance/regulations are being met, and raise necessary internal risks and put in place appropriate measures to manage risk

  • Manage client relationships to ensure that our SLAs are adequately measured, and that clients are kept aware of our case management and any issues

  • Liaise internally with colleagues to resolve disputes / complete work items, and make recommendations on matters affecting productivity, efficiency, service or problem resolution

  • Complete regular MI and other Management updates for necessary committees as required

  • Maintains up-to-date procedure manuals and writes drafts for changes to procedures.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

  • Working experience of Equisoft (Altus), UBS, Clearstream and CREST

  • Detail-oriented and customer-driven, focusing on providing the highest quality products and services to FIS internal and external clients

  • Strong management, organizational and workload management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, team and time management skills
