Head of Marketing

Lead the Marketing team of one of the UK's largest collections of travel brands.

As the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our renowned travel brands, including holidaycottages.co.uk, caninecottages.com, and many more exciting regional brands around the country.

What will I be doing?

  • Leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration across regional marketing managers and cross-functional planners.

  • Developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to propel brand awareness and drive growth across our travel portfolio.

  • Championing the adoption of Agile methodologies within the marketing department to optimise campaign execution and adaptability.

  • Establishing a robust marketing planning process that ensures alignment and fosters a deeper understanding across teams.

  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to the marketing team, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence in execution.

    We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader that can demonstrate experience of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Exceptional planning and organisational skills are crucial, as you'll be managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms are essential to facilitate efficient campaign management and foster seamless team collaboration., Prior experience within the UK travel industry.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly within a marketing context.

  • Hands-on experience in managing the technical delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including proficiency with relevant tools and platforms.
