Full Job Description
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of working within a Telesales environment
- Someone who is hungry to succeed and the capability to sell every day Have a corporate and business focused mind and can speak on all levels
- Experience of working with and exceeding targets Self-motivated to cold call over the phone Be target driven and motivated by money to succeed Being proactive in lead sourcing can be an advantage Use to working to KPI's and a target driven industry
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously Cold Calling to generate new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding daily call volume targets
- The ability to close effectively with outstanding negotiation skills
- The ability to adapt working different campaigns per month
- The ability to match product benefits to customer needs
- Process client orders through the back-office systems
- Updating the CRM and maintaining the database
- Account Management on existing sales, You would be expected to work from our office and cold calling experience is a must.
