Team Administrator

The Security Team is currently recruiting for a new Team Administrator to provide vital assistance to the Terminal Management team.

The base for this role will be T2, however, successful candidates need to be flexible and open to mobility across all Heathrow Terminals for meetings. The epicenter of this role will be in assisting the smooth and efficient administrative requirements of the Security team. This role is the administrative backbone for the Services Team.

The role is Monday to Friday and office/terminal based. There is no shift work available.

• Organise meetings and events, prepare agendas and collate and circulate documents in a timely manner


• Support front-line colleagues with uniform allocation, car park application, ID application and access requests, the management and tracking of recognition vouchers


• Prepare and take minutes, tracking actions on behalf of Senior Managers, team members, steering committees, and governance groups.


• Develop and maintain effective and efficient admin systems including document control, archiving


• Being vigilant and ensuring that fire safety standards are met


• Liaise with third-party suppliers/contacts in the delivery of functional requirements
  
  Sound operational use of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint


• Excellent organisational skills and working to priorities


• Team player- be approachable, helpful, and able to contribute positively to the team dynamic


• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare documents, emails, and meeting agendas professionally


• Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and changing deliverables
