Teacher of Religious Education

(Full time, Maternity Cover)

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, and committed teacher to cover a period of maternity leave from October 2024. This is a full-time, temporary post.

The successful candidate will engage, challenge and support our high achieving pupils, and will be expected to teach up to Key Stage 4, with the possibility of Sixth Form teaching.

St Joan's has an excellent reputation and is a high performing school where pupils display excellent attitudes towards learning, and behaviour is considered outstanding by Ofsted.

The successful applicant will actively model the aims, ethos and values of our Catholic foundation and traditions, supporting and promoting the Catholic Life of the school, considered outstanding by the Diocese of Westminster at the most recent Section 48 inspection.

We welcome applications from ECTs as well as more experienced teachers.
