As a leader in operational management, you'll drive forward service improvements and play a key role in financial planning and monitoring. Plus, you'll have the chance to establish partnerships with a range of stakeholders, from NHS trusts to community health providers, fostering an integrated approach to forensic healthcare., We are keen to recruit a Social Work Team Manager registered with Social Work England to take responsibility for the management, leadership and further development of the Specialist Forensic Community team. The post holder will provide effective line management and supervision for Social Work and support staff as appropriate, and will ensure that these arrangements are in place within the clinical team. The Social Work Team Manager will lead on the development of Social Work within the service supporting staff through learning, development, guidance and practice. The successful candidate will manage a small caseload of patients and will be expected to lead on issues such as safeguarding, family and carers support, give clinical opinion and make decisions on issues such as risk management.
