Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey where you can make a real difference in young adults' lives? Look no further! Dimensions is offering an exciting opportunity for compassionate and energetic individuals to become Support Workers in Shrewsbury.

You'll be part of our close-knit team providing support to four vibrant young adults, each with their own busy lives and a wide scope of interests ranging from cinema to musical theatre, dancing, and music. Family is very important to each of our young adults, so your ability to collaborate closely with the families will be essential.

Integrity - being honest and fair in all the things we do
Partnership - working with other people to make a bigger difference
Respect - treating everyone fairly and knowing that everyone's voice is important

In addition to regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals, we will help you develop and progress your career. Worried about monthly pay? We got it covered - we offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday.
