Full Job Description
- As a Supervisor you will be leading the team by example ensuring our little shoppers and their parents/guardians feel like they have had the best shopping journey from start to finish
- Engage with customers and staff members alike
- Help your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements
- Strive for operational excellence
- Assist with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines
- Promote the schuh brand through our core service values, With all your favourite kids' footwear brands and more to choose from, our schuh London location can offer everything from UGG to Dr. Martens. And with trendy pairs like the Nike Air Force 1, your kids will have no issue finding what they want here, whether their style is more skater with All Star Hi Converse or comfy casual with Crocs, they won't walk away empty handed!
