Student Support Officer (Ks5) - Term Time

Do you have a passion for working with young people? Are you resilient, adaptable and compassionate? Are you comfortable dealing empathetically with highly vulnerable young people? Do you have integrity and ability to observe confidentiality?
Previous experience in this role is not necessary, however experience in education, social care, health, armed forces or the police may be beneficial. The overriding factor must be personality and attributes that will allow the successful candidate to engage effectively with young people, parents and teachers.
