Full Job Description

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store and stockroom in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards

  • Ensure individual performance achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers

  • Process accurate sales transaction at the cash desk

  • Execute and maintain all visual guidelines according to PUMA standards

  • Assume responsibility for executing and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise

  • Ambition of figuring out merchandise opportunities and communication to Store Management team

  • Supports Sales Associates in maximizing the shopping experience for customers

  • Assist in processing all inventory movements between store and distribution

  • Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements

  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring sizes and styles are represented

  • Prepares merchandise to go out onto the sales floor, including display shoes

  • Keep floor area neat and organized. This includes stock and inventory functions, i.e. labelling and price marking items and merchandising apparel as needed. Organize and fill sales floor to maximize selling.

  • Complete stock transfers and cycle counts.

  • Protect Company Assets by greeting customers; attach and detach security tags, report shrinkage and security violations. Monitor floor merchandise.

    Proven sales experience preferably in a fast pace retail environment
