Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, Staffing Associate / Project Administrator (m/f/d) to join our Staffing function in Europe, where you will be supporting day-to-day deployment and maintenance of our staffing tools. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, is highly motivated to work as part of a global staffing team and is solutions-oriented.

This full-time, temporary 12-month position as Staffing / Project Administrator (m/f/d) will be located in our London Office.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Europe consulting team for all staffing admin queries - project confirmations, timesheets, deployment tool, leave requests

  • Maintaining project and allocation entry into SAP (staffing tool)

  • Champion of SAP to ensure compliance with timesheets, project info/commercials

  • Supporting cross-regional staffing, ensuring individuals are connected with relevant team leads, travel contacts, have correct project info

  • Deployment support for European staffing team

  • Good email management to ensure prompt response to staff

  • Outstanding communication (both oral and written)

  • Highly organised with an eye for detail

  • Strong MS office skills
