Full Job Description

Support the Senior Compensation Manager in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
As part of the strategy execution, alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation provision is a key consideration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation programmes are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
Manage annual compensation calendar proposing relevant updates for approval taking into consideration costs, communications and people impact
Lead on compensation operations covering base salary, short and long-term incentives, recognition programmes and other compensation deliverables
Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
Supporting the Senior Compensation Manager execute a proactive communications program covering compensation
Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team

Demonstrable experience as a Compensation Expert in a global company
Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements
Demonstrable experience in project and operations delivery
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organisation.
