Full Job Description

This role is an integral part of Jigsaw's initial rollout and partnership expansions with large enterprise clients. You will work with big four accounting firms, G100 law firms, and some of the largest financial institutions in the world. You will brainstorm, pitch, and manage the delivery of Jigsaw's products that are not yet 'out of the box' solutions.

You are the nucleus of all Jigsaw's different teams in supporting the largest implementations for our largest clients. As such, they will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, DevOps, and the Co-CEOs.., In order to execute on the above, you will have experience with the following:

  • Project Management - you will need to live and breathe organisation. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects. Custom Projects are large, and have many stakeholders all driving toward similar but different objectives. You will be able to effectively manage a diversity of internal and client side stakeholders and push a project forward. You might have project management experience.

  • Highly Technical - while you aren't an engineer, you have written code. While your role is not to write code, you will understand how the code supporting our custom integrations works. You'll understand it nearly as well as the engineers who wrote it. You love technology, and diving into the nitty gritty of how the full stack works. Playing with networking, hardware, software, it is all your jam. You likely are familiar with databases and getting them to talk with one another. You know what a docker container is even if they're a little foreign to manage.

  • Product Management - you will be familiar with basic product management principles. We do not implement lists of requirements. We build products to solve problems. While you will not be a product manager, you will wear that hat from time to time. Some of our integration tool sets are still being built, and the creation of those tool sets requires thoughtful approach.

  • Product Marketing - including creating and managing our written and video marketing materials. You will write case studies, create marketing videos, and otherwise provide custom product marketing materials for your various projects.

  • Client Management - you will not be a Sales Person or Customer Success Manager, but you will be involved heavily in the sales and renewal process. You will help pitch custom projects, and coordinate deeply with our Customer Success team throughout the delivery of projects.
