Site Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee operations at our High ropes site in Lydiard Park. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily activities, and ensuring efficient site performance., Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure employee's are looking after and adding to the customer experience
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Prepare reports on site performance and progress

Proven experience in supervising and managing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outdoor Enthusiast
