Full Job Description

Overall objectives of the job:

To carry out service, repairs and surveys to pre booked appointments.

To respond to emergency call outs as and when they arise.

To provide help & support with installations when needed including track deliveries and attending site for the off hire of plant equipment as and when required.

Responsibilities:

The service and repair of all Style Door Systems products as well as our competitors' moveable walls and sliding folding partitions.

Complete relevant service and repair site reports via company Android tablet and deal with any site issues in an effective and timely manner.

Conduct surveys of existing partition systems to allow a Service of Repair quotation to be prepared.

Work with sub-contractor installation teams, aiding with the installation of Style products.

Keep company vehicle in a clean and well-presented condition.

Manage component stock levels to ensure that sufficient levels are always maintained.

Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships., Health and Safety is the responsibility of every person, regardless of whether they are working within the office environment, or out on site.   • Ensuring that they do not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for them in the interests of health, safety or welfare.

  • Warning other employees and sub-contractors, particularly new employees and young workers of particular known hazards.

  • Using plant, tools or equipment for the work for which it is intended and only when trained and experienced in its use.

  • Reporting to a Supervisor any defective plant or equipment, unsafe systems of work, accidents, incidents, near miss or ill health.

    Driving License.


  • CSCS (Preferred)

    Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, listening, oral & written.

    Attention to detail.

    Ability to problem solve - a 'can-do' attitude

    Good customer service skills.

    Ability to meet deadlines
