Full Job Description

  • Leadership - monitor, coach and enhance performance of the Service Administration team.

  • Process Improvement - review, streamline and improve administrative processes across the region.

  • Customer Service - build and develop relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Invoicing - oversee and ensure the regions invoicing is smooth and efficient.

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our South-Central Region as our Service Administration Supervisor. You will be an organised and process orientated individual, with excellent attention to detail. Responsible for overseeing a team of administrators, across all six branches within the South-Central region, you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional service, build positive working relationships and ensure the efficient running of our invoicing system.

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 with an excellent benefits package including an annual bonus scheme

    Working hours: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700. You will be required to work additional weekend hours within our months end.
