Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of caregivers in providing exceptional care to our senior residents. Your strong leadership skills, knowledge of senior care, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Our Support Workers make a difference to individual lives and their well-being by delivering high standards of person centered care and support including assisting individuals to access a variety of activities from going to the cinema, bowling, swimming, as well as engaging in day service opportunities or work based enterprises, or with their care, medication and personal needs - every day is different.

Day staff - MUST BE A DRIVER (international licence ok, but will need to driven in UK both Manual and/or Automatic)

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers in providing high-quality care to senior residents
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual resident needs
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to provide updates, training, and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of senior care practices and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual resident needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
