Full Job Description

The role will work closely with sales and Create brand studio to ensure both sponsored editorial and branded campaigns are run smoothly, from briefing, creative proof, pricing and implementation through to reporting. This position is crucial to support the internal processes and commercial team with new launches and monetization across Eurosport.

You will be one of the main points of contact in creative approval, supporting the Commercial Director and wider creative and editorial teams to design and deploy content fit for Snapchat activation. In conjunction with the broader Social Amplification team, you will ensure new products meet marketplace demand and align with the overall social strategy.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders, you will support advise, plan and execute campaigns on Snapchat.

  • Manage budgets and ensure KPIs are met.

  • Support creative teams with the content production and best practises.

  • Partner with internal teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Define the overall approach for specific territories, regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data.

  • Develop and implement best practices for WBD Snap content marketing solutions.

  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as required.

  • Articulate and update internal and external stakeholders on Snapchat products and developments.

  • Oversee Snap best practice guidelines internally.

  • Collaborating with internal social teams to create seamless activation.

    Extensive knowledge of the Snapchat platform.

  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.

  • Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).

  • Proven marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience with a focus on social media

  • Understanding of the wider social media landscape with a focus on Snapchat and it's product proposition.


  • Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
