Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Anglian water Infrastructure team in Peterborough at Thorpe Wood House.

What you'll do:

• Ensure that SHEQ is not compromised at any time or in any circumstances.


• Ensure SHEQ is considered during the development and implementation of strategies, projects, standards and processes


• Key Accountability 3 - Team Management [x]% of time


• Set up, Lead and sustain a high performing team.


• Blend people with the right attitude, skills, diversity and experience to deliver the assigned projects.


• Establish, develop and communicate a clear vision and direction.


• Train, coach, motivate and mentor team members to outperform their role and personal objectives.


• Establish a culture of coaching, feedback, trust and empowerment.


• Address performance difficulties with team members. Identifies issues, provides training and support with the aim of resolving problems at the same time as communicating that poor performance is not sustainable
  
  APMP or equivalent - Practitioner level


• Significant experience at Project Manager and Lead Project Manager level (equivalent to Senior PM/ Project Director)


• Water sector experience


• Experience of managing teams - 6 to 8 reports


• Experience of managing multiple stakeholder groups - internal and external to the organisation.


• Experience of working in commercial Alliances
