Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leaders

Drive the daily operations within the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.

- Provide exceptional childcare, fostering growth and development in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines.

- Lead and motivate a team of nursery staff, overseeing their performance and providing guidance as needed.

- Utilise your expertise in early childhood education to create engaging activities that promote learning and social interaction.

- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

- Manage administrative tasks related to the nursery room, such as record-keeping and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting.

- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team effectively.

- A recognised childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff members.

- A passion for providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.

- Knowledge of EYFS principles and practices to support children's development effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
