Full Job Description

The Badging Coordinator will assist in enhancing security measures at SIE offices/studios through the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance with security systems such as Ccure/Lenel S2 and ServiceNow. The Badging Coordinator will uphold SIE policies and procedures for access control for all staff across the enterprise.

By utilizing these tools collaboratively, we aim to utilize technology effectively to ensure a secure and safe workplace environment for all individuals and company resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Display a customer-first attitude and uphold professionalism in all interactions with staff in person and remotely

  • Supporting constant staff changes by creating/terminating profiles, taking photos, activating/deactivating access badges for staff, vendors, contractors

  • Responding to all badging inquiries such as emails, phone calls, messaging, ticketing using company provided systems and tools

  • Provide a seamless service across regions to assist travelling staff with global site access

  • Coordinate and maintain badging supply stock and equipment to support regional badging supply requirements

  • Collaborate with badging team to ensure all process and procedures align globally

  • Ensure a well-organized and collaborative work setting that promotes teamwork and unity

  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions

  • Assist in training of new system users and other system support personnel on security applications

  • Assist with system programming changes as needed and create clearances for employee badge access Other duties as conducive within Corporate Security requirements

    Demonstratable experience with relevant access control/command centre software

  • Experience with badging and access control

  • Knowledge of physical security in a range of corporate settings

  • Maintain integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times

  • Proven ability of working on own initiative and proactive problem-solving

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to promote excellent customer service

  • Effectively prioritise tasks and ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Be able to work effectively as a part of team in person and virtually

  • Effective prioritisation of tasks and ability to work with multiple projects at once

  • Be able to learn and apply standardized operating procedures to support issue resolution
