Full Job Description

Vehicle and Asset Solutions (VAS) are looking for a Scheduling Supervisor to join our Scheduling team on a full-time permanent basis.

VAS is the market leader in the provision of outsourced asset verification audit services on behalf of banks and other funding companies. We conduct a wide range of audit services, including Stocking, Fleet and Sub Hire across a broad spectrum of asset classes including Motor Car Dealerships, Marine, Caravans, Agricultural Machinery, and Industrial Equipment. At VAS, we prioritise providing our clients with the best customer service possible and are always looking for enthusiastic staff to strengthen our teams.

You will be based in our head office in Sidcup, Southeast London. The role incorporates the below responsibilities, but will also require adapting to the changing requirements of the business:

· Working closely with the Scheduling and Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department, enabling the business to achieve all targets including financial.

· Line-manage two Scheduling Administrator colleagues, providing oversight and support.

· Plan and deliver a monthly audit schedule using a bespoke IT system. This will be distributed to the VAS auditor team and clients.

· To respond immediately to high priority client audit requests.

· Ensure personal and client KPI's regarding delivery timescales are adhered to.

· Build strong relationships with clients, including attending review meetings where necessary.

· Book travel and accommodation requirements for Field Team.

· Distribute monthly completion summaries to internal and client stakeholders.

· Good knowledge of Excel.

· Must be self-motivated and driven, with a positive can-do attitude.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer focused, with a desire to take ownership of customer queries.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Effective time management and prioritising skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

· Problem-solving skills.,
