Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join our team! Someone with strong communication skills, that is passionate about helping people and wants to deliver excellent service to our customers. The role will require you to:

  • Arrange day to day repairs on our ad-hoc system to ensure efficient scheduling of our responsive trade operatives.

  • Communicate effectively both internally with colleagues and externally with tenants, sub-contractors and third parties.

  • Support our customers to access and engage digitally.

  • Be able to prioritise, manage workload effectively and be able to deal with emergencies should they arise.

  • Be flexible and a good team player with a willingness to support other schedulers within the team

    This role is ideal for somebody who wants to develop themselves or have a career in the Housing Sector. You will need to problem solve, be able to self-motivate and use your own initiative whilst working alone and take pride in your work and providing an excellent service.


  • The ideal candidate should have at least one years' experience in a similar role, have a basic understanding of repairs, and passes in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent. You will also have clear and effective communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to deal with difficult conversations as well as experience in using Microsoft Programmes.

    Hybrid Homeworking with office base in Norwich (Minimum 2 days a week in the office)
    Full time, 37 hours per week on rota basis: (Operating hours 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 5.00pm on Friday)
    Starting salary of £25,351 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £26,969 per annum
