Full Job Description
As our Office Services Administrator/Welcome Host you'll be responsible for processing incoming post and documentation in to work queues to be accessed by all areas of the business. You'll also undertake administration tasks to support your colleagues as well as meeting, greeting and safely processing all visitors to Cumberland House.
This role will be part time for 18.25 hours per week. You'll work a full day on Fridays and other hours during the week to be agreed. You'll work on-site at our Head Office in Carlisle., You'll deliver, through attitude and actions, an exceptional customer experience, to meet, exceed and continuously improve standards and quality of customer service to internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- To carry out administration tasks; including document production, letter enveloping, straight through indexing, procedure manual maintenance, invoice checking/processing and other duties as required.
- The monitoring and initial supervision of visitors to Head Office as required to ensure the Cumberland's security and Health and Safety obligations are met.
- External Post sorting, Document scanning, Document indexing to work queues
- Printing/enveloping high volumes of customer documentation for all areas of Operations to be mailed out
- Overseeing production, issue and administration of security ID badges/fobs at HO
- General reception duties
- Procedure Manual maintenance/updates (Operations)
- Administration of utility readings across the business (gas and electricity)
- Checking/Processing invoices for payment
- Minuting of meeting
- Upkeep of Operations contact details/production of organisation charts/starters & leavers flow charts/PowerPoint presentations
- Fire Warden/First Aid responsibilities
- Administration of eye test and flu vouchers
- Process improvements (Just Do Its/yellow belts)
- Overseeing security destruction
- Daily processing of branch CTT slips (data sensitive documentation), Unlike banks, we don't have public or private shareholders which means we can invest 100% of our profits back into our business. We're looking or someone with good PC/Microsoft skills, attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to work as part of a team or work alone. You'll be: - Customer focused, with the ability to work to deadlines and meet service level agreements

- Salary - £24,033 p.a. (£11,696 p.a. pro-rated for part time)
