Full Job Description

You will be a Business Partner to key sales leaders across UKI, Nordics, DACH and South Europe. You will help to coach and guide sales leaders through our GTM strategy and hold teams accountable for their use of Salesforce.
This role will suit a self-starter who is looking to take responsibility for their segment of the Coupa sales business and is looking for an Agile environment in which they can use their extensive analytical skills to deliver actionable strategy based on sales data.
This is a hybrid role which would benefit from someone who can travel to our Reading office for regular meetings with both the Sales Leaders and the rest of the strategy team.

How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day

  • Define, drive, and track global sales programs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals

  • Support Territory Planning & Management

  • Partner closely with partners to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop GTM Strategy

  • Develop key relationships and partner with internal stakeholders

  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

    Experience in related Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a SAAS or other technology business

  • You will have demonstrable experience in the UKI market and ideally have exposure to the wider European market

  • Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes, and sales program design and execution

  • Experience in Tableau and Salesforce is a huge benefit
