Sales and Service Coordinator

Qrometric seeks a sales and service coordinator to join our excellent and growing team. We are looking for a confident and organised person who will work both independently and as part of the team on a wide range of duties related to the sale, support and distribution of metrology products worldwide.

The position can be flexible to suit the ideal candidate, both in terms of time and renumeration; the highest priority for our growing business is quality and motivation. The successful candidate will be at the core of our business as it develops globally with a unique product concept conceived and developed by the Qrometric team., · Manage workflow and organisation.

· Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.

· Supplier orders and payment

· Organising transport of equipment

· Preparation of import/export documentation.

· Maintaining sales, project management and calibration databases.

· Ensuring essential documentation is organised and correctly archived.

· Independent and self-motivated

· Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to multitask and prioritise.

· Good numeracy skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:

· STEM awareness

· Appreciation of the importance of Quality and Quality Systems

· Ability to follow documented procedures.

· Experience with office management and procedures.

· Relevant experience in a sales or admin related role.

· Finance/business qualification.

· Experience with QuickBooks.,

Flexible, hybrid, 20…35 hours per week, £25…35K PA (candidate dependent)
