Full Job Description

This role would suit someone actively looking to work within a dynamic office environment; you would be part of a small, close-knit and highly driven team.

You would be someone with a level of accrued experience, your key roles and responsibilities would be:

  • · To support our Sales & Purchasing Team


  • This whilst predominantly a focused role; it will require someone open minded and willing to adapt and react to other challenges when required. Depending on the capabilities, the enthusiasm and willingness of the candidate, this could potentially become a multifaceted role, the candidate potentially progressing through the company.

    Duties will include:
  • Sales Order Processing

  • Purchase Order Processing

  • Issuing Invoices

  • Stock Management

  • Liaising with customers

    · A confident person with strong verbal skills.


  • · Someone with a level-headed and methodical approach to work.

    · Someone with a strong work ethic.

    · Someone with a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

    · Ideally someone with a full UK driving licence.

    Based in a comfortable, traditional Suffolk farm-based office, GT Vision Ltd are the UK's foremost Independent microscope company, offering a range of microscopes, digital cameras, associated software and equipment that's second to none. GT Vision Ltd not only have their own range of branded products but are working collaboratively with many of the world's most revered microscope and associated equipment manufacturers, such as Leica, Nikon, Evident/Olympus. The business, now under new ownership, is actively looking to further expand.

    Competitive starting salary of £22500.00 per year, based on a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break
