Sales and Marketing Analyst

In this role, you will provide market analysis for our product range and report to the Managing Director. You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth plans for 2024 and further by helping to decide on strategies for direct and e-marketing.,

• Reviewing existing historic sales data and developing strategies for cross-selling


• Finding new customers by analysing new data


• Grouping potential customers with product groups (with assistance from the engineers) for targeting


• Supporting with marketing activities (Website, Social Media, direct marketing)


• Formulating strategy for sales team to prioritise customers (new and existing)


• Participate in sales support for the team


• Other related activity

  Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)


• Experience with a CRM or Operations Software (similar to OPERA II) would be an asset


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• English and Maths - GCSE Level A/C, NVQ or equivalent qualification


• Motivated and excited about sales and strategy


• Creative with identifying new customers and marketing
