Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans within a construction market, to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Experience in Sales and Marketing

- Must have a background in construction/ plant hire

- Knowledge in construction machinery is advantageous

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, marketing techniques, and best practices
