Sales Manager

At Gallagher, we're looking for a Sales Manager to join our Education Mutual operation function based in Mansfield.
Are you organised, ambitious and keen to set the example for others?
You will provide leadership and support for a Team of 8 experienced service staff based in Mansfield and will be the main escalation point.
Responsibilities:

• To work alongside and support the Sales Director whilst managing the process and performance of a team of 8 staff


• Responsible for the achievement of the Education Mutual renewal sales target


• Manage relationships with key accounts, including conducting client visits across England and Wales.


• Deliver a high quality service to our clients at all times.


• Provide oversight and technical support to Gallagher colleagues, particularly focussed on overcoming competitor challenges and highlighting the benefits of Education Mutual. Seek, to improve business knowledge, capability and enhance your personal development along the way!


• Act as the main escalation point for the team and support on how to resolve any issues to a satisfactory conclusion.


• Manage and stay on top of the teams workloads and allocate accordingly to make sure standards are maintained.


• Deliver reports to senior management detailing pipeline, activity and achievement.
  
  Team Leader/Management experience in sales


• Risk aware in handling client information, 100% client centric, focussed on the best possible outcome for our clients at all times.


• Due diligence and process driven to deadlines, task focused, results oriented and takes initiative when assisting team members!


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident when building and maintaining rapport, strong planning and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.


• Proficient in MS office.


• Eligible to work in the UK.
