Full Job Description
As a Desk-Based Sales Executive you will be engaging with customers to promote and sell our products and services as well as our mobile engineers, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and effective running of our mobile installation services. You will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, building and maintaining positive customer relationships and providing the most effective solutions for their needs - all while maximising sales and second to none customer service levels.,
- Take inbound sales calls and liaise with customers to promote our products and services and achieve sales
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and rapport
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for working together as a team and maximising sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues quickly and effectively
Proven experience in a customer facing or sales role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and assertiveness
- Strong sale-closing abilities
- Proficient with IT, and ideally CRM systems and other sales software
- Have you used a CRM system before?
- Have you worked to sales targets before?
- Are you located within 30 minutes of Kings Langley?
- How many years customer service experience do you have?
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
