Sales Executive

Join us in our fantastic role of Sales Executive supporting our customers who are interested in buying one of our newly built Persona homes. You'll support all sales activity across our Persona Homes development Trinity Park in Essex, ensuring that every contact is maximised, with no sales opportunities missed.

You'll be selling our shared ownership homes from 2-4 bedroom semi detached and detached homes with lots of variety on house styles and sites. Located on the outskirts of Holland-on-Sea, with rural views, you'll sell our beautiful homes at Trinity Park which offer a peaceful retreat to modern-day life. Typical day as a Sales Executive

• Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on our developments, house types and features.


• Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales. You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.


• You'll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations.


• Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales with customers recommending us to family and friends. We anticipate about 36 exchanges and completions per annum.

• You'll be required to work 37.5 hours per week Tuesday to Saturdays, days and early evenings.


• Working from the sales suite at Clacton on Sea, Essex.


• You must be able to use technology for updating records on our various systems including CRM, keeping our customers updated, completing online learning and collaborating with colleagues.


• We expect the last sale to be complete on this development August 2026. We hope that you will want to stay with us longer than that and will be opportunities to move onto other sites.
  
  Previous experience of selling homes or working within a relevant estate agency/sales environment, achieving sales targets. This is a must!


• Experience of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through developing great relationships.


• You'll be a great influencer, get where our customers are in their lives and have creative spark.


• We'll need you to travel around our sites so you'll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle., Disability Confident

2 year fixed term contract

37.5 hpw working Tuesday to Saturday

Basic salary circa £27,720 per annum plus potential sales reward earnings of £9000 per annum or more (which is £250 per plot sold) and great benefits including Health cash plan,
