Full Job Description

FCM's is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join the Sales Operations Team!The ideal applicant will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and will possess an overwhelming desire to hit sales expectations. The right candidate will be a creative, customer-focused individual and excel in a collaborative work environment with Sales Leaders and the Sales Operations team. This person will possess high-communication skills and a strive for development within their sales career.
What you'll do as an SDR:
+ Engage with decision makers at targeted accounts and schedule first meetings for outside sales team.
+ Leverage High Velocity Sales and outbound prospecting techniques to run cadences on target accounts.
+ Manage inbound marketing-generated leads and convert into meetings for sales pipeline.
+ Work alongside other SDR's around the globe to maximize pipeline and follow global processes and strategies in place.
+ Using Martech in place (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and Highspot) for industry and marketing focused lead generation and prospecting.
+ Track all activity through CRM, Salesforce.
+ Industry Event Management Support

+ Outbound sales experience responsible for filling the top of the funnel with qualified business.
+ Motivated to overcome obstacles when making meetings and hitting targets.
+ Strong Phone Skills
+ Ability to prioritize when managing multiple deliverables.
+ Strong motivation for continuous knowledge and learning
+ Must be a team player with ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
+ Prior experience working in the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
