Sales Assistant

Zadig are looking for an 8 hour sales assistant, previous Retail Experience would be preferred. Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays, potential for additional hours for the right candidate, Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing support throughout the sales process
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop stratergies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and upselling when appropriate

- Presentable and professional attitude and approach at all times
