Sales Administrator

You will be responsible for receiving, checking, and processing customer orders. You will manage and maintain the sales database (CRM system) for the Company and acknowledge all orders placed with the Company: place purchase orders for any sub supply and vehicle fit out. Liaise with customers and suppliers to provide updates and manage delivery to order and proactively identify to Management any discrepancies, errors, or shortfalls in order fulfilment. You will set up new customer agreements for the vehicle hire business and process and issue invoices in respect of all orders and sub supply and monitor payments. You will prepare and provide management reporting and regular status reports and be responsible for credit control and chase any outstanding rental values owing., We care about your personal data. You will ideally have previous experience of working within the automotive industry in a similar role. You will have a passion for the automotive industry, be able to develop relationships effortlessly and love a challenge. They have recently launched their own dealership in Oxfordshire selling all makes of vans and converted vehicles. They are a sales agent for a reputable minibus converter who's product they sell from their showroom. They are also able to source any make and model for their customer base offering commercial vehicle solutions.
