Full Job Description

As a Lead Scheduler, you will play a vital role in maintaining Operational staffing levels in a variety of roles, from ensuring our Emergency Operations centers (EOC) are effectively staffed through to ensuring that our ambulance crews are available to respond quickly and safely to the general public in their time of need., Schedulers work proactively to plan operational working patterns and to improve any shortfalls in cover levels. You will use bespoke rostering and reporting software to constantly monitor A&E and EOC resourcing levels and vehicle availability, contributing to providing the very best care to our patients.
