Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager, to support the Manager in our established charity shop in Beccles, Suffolk.

This is a part-time position working 21 hours a week. The days will vary according to need, but you must be prepared to work Saturday's and Sunday's and may be required to work at another shop close by. The role may also include covering days off and holidays, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours, by working at other Break charity shops within the area.

Great customer service skills are essential to maximise the shop's income, and you'll need a good eye for sourcing and merchandising stock. You will be helping to manage a team of volunteers and staff, so leadership skills are a must, as well as an understanding of a retail environment and handling cash., Disability Confident
