Full Job Description
- Open and close vacancies in our Recruitment System, making sure our adverts are perfect to attract the best talent.
- You will create offer packs and contracts for new starters.
- Manage and respond to a variety of candidate requests & questions via our inbox, social channels, and Whitbread Careers
- You will provide additional support, screening and contact candidates to arrange interviews.
- Occasionally, you'll be asked to support with in-person recruitment days, greeting candidates and making sure things run smoothly.
- Great administration skills
- Comfortable with MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Confident with speaking to candidates/hiring managers
