Rental Negotiator

The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for helping to let the properties, booking viewings and letting the properties quickly and efficiently, conducting viewings, registering tenants, creating inventories, performing lettings administration, answering calls and emails, carrying out checkouts, negotiating deductions with landlords and tenants, updating landlords with viewing feedback, and conducting inspections.

The role is within a busy department and is suitable for someone wishing to join a fast-paced, rewarding letting agency. Working hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. If working on a Saturday, the Lettings Negotiator will have a day off during the week. Saturday hours are 9am to 4 pm.

Sowden Wallis, an independent estate agency in Stamford, is seeking a full-time experienced Lettings Negotiator to join its team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lettings, possess a full UK driving license, and have excellent customer service skills with good attention to detail.,
