Full Job Description

  • Undertaking all general nursing duties within the practice and aiding veterinary surgeons when required.

  • Providing excellent patient care.

  • Maintaining accurate client and patient records.

  • Demonstrating a commitment to continued professional development.

  • Taking an active role in the training programme of veterinary nurses and patient care assistants.


  • The practice is first opinion; however, we can offer our clients round the clock care with our 24/7 emergency service running from our Epping Hospital.

    At our hospital we have all the usual equipment as well as rigid and flexible endoscopes, Laparoscopy, CT and MRI.

    We are currently renovating our wonderful practice located in Isle of Dogs, East London, which is due to re-open from May 2024. The practice will be well equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound. You will initially be part of a small team of Vets, Nurses and support staff at this site, but always with support from our other nearby sites including our state-of-the-art Hospital in Epping, which is equipped with both CT and MRI scanners. In the future, we are looking to grow our Isle Of Dogs practice further, making this a very exciting time to join the team!     Having over 30 years' experience as a veterinary practice we understand the stresses and strains that pet owners can undergo when their animals face the prospect of needing medical treatment. It can be a hard time for everyone involved.

    We also accept referrals from veterinary surgeons throughout the South East of England for cases that may require the more advanced diagnostic testing equipment that we have on site.
