Full Job Description

Take responsibility for the well being of our residents making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.

Using your clinical skills to provide support to the residents and guidance to the care staff.

Produce individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Monitoring practices and work areas to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.

Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.

Making decisions in a timely manner.

Guiding, supporting, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code and following its guidance at all times.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
