Receptionist / Sales Advisor

As the receptionist at Pruden and Smith, your job is primarily to meet and greet customers with an appointment or to help walk-in customers with their purchases. Some days being busier than others, and the general duties are to ensure that the retail area is ready at all times for customers and that they are getting the highest standard of service., Day-to-day receptionist duties; managing emails, appointment bookings and telephone calls.

Meeting and greeting customers attending appointments and shopping.

Sales advice and workshop tours (training given).

Setting up shop and window displays morning and evening.

Managing and completing web orders.

Managing and completing appointment bookings.

Book-keeping filing and support.

Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Cleaning and restocking shelves.

Conducting stock takes on jewellery and packaging.

Experience within the jewellery industry is not essential, training is given on all aspects of the job. A good level of literacy and numeracy and computer skills (G-Suite especially sheets) is a must. Plus an outgoing, friendly personality for this customer-facing role. You are organised, self-motivated with an ability to adapt quickly within a variable business environment.,
