Full Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming reception area.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and courteously.

  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and handling administrative paperwork.

  • Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for practitioners.

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.

  • Provide general administrative support to practitioners and Manager.

  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the clinic's services.

  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and welcoming at all times including a simple morning clean before opening.

  • Need to be flexible to cover other receptionist holidays on a Mon and Wed.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) and data entry software.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and basic troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and social media management is a plus., A-Level or equivalent (required)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)


  • Language:
  • English (preferred)
