Full Job Description
You will receive thorough training and development to enhance your understanding of Hearcare products, so previous Audiology experience is not always necessary, but a passion for fantastic customer service is a must! Some of the key tasks are as follows -
· Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance (spectacles/hearing aids) and hearing screen customers.
· Provide customers with information on how to wear and care for hearing aids
· Provide customers with hearing aid aftercare information
· Customers who are disabled or have special needs are served sensitively and provided with the same level and standard of service as non-disabled customers
· Ensure the telephone is answered promptly and in the correct manner
· Process invoices from suppliers
· Liase/communicate with spoke stores
· Complete end of day procedures in preparation for banking
· Banking
· Attend meetings and participate in staff training
· Prepare and send out letters and memos at the request of the Store Director/Manager
· Diary management, triage clinics booked ahead and audit clinics across all stores
· Stock take across all stores and stock across ordering for all stores
· Diary management of Home visit appointments
· Run reports from sycle and other portals
· Operate the till effectively
· Understand and apply NHS practices and procedures as appropriate
· Work to Specsavers Customer Service Standards
· Actively seek to improve your own skills and product knowledge
· Carry out rehab calls
· Fill out compliance diary

· Provide confident and effective frame selection and styling choices
· Provide professional collections that create a positive lasting impression
· Carry out all basic till transactions and customer paperwork correctly

· Follow NHS guidelines at all times
· NHS payments are received regularly
· Maintain an organised administration area, where customer details are easily available
