Full Job Description

The Receptionist is a key role where you will provide the first point of contact for visitors, vendors and clients, responsible for delivering the highest standards and customer experience in a flagship office.. As the receptionist is the initial point of contact for all those who visit the office, it is crucial that this person has professionalism at all times and a positive attitude, with a focus on providing the highest level of customer service. We are looking for someone who is positive, helpful, calm, approachable, and with a friendly attitude, even in difficult situations.,

  • Act as a Client and Company Ambassador, delivering the highest customer service to all persons entering

  • the building at all times.
  • Takes ownership of the reception service, including events related responsibilities and organization, liaising with Event Hosts pre, during and post Event as single (local) point of contact.

  • Greets and process visitors and clients entering the building and notifies host upon guest arrival, rotating through a standing Front of House position.

  • Deals with queries from the public, customers/visitors, employees and vendors.

  • Receives and routes delivered items in line with client policy and procedure, including Legal and Executive Mail.

  • Provide access control badges and administer individual authorized access as needed in accordance with policy and procedures

    Previous experience in a high-end/luxury hospitality or cooperative role.

  • Previous experience in high-volume faced fast-paced customer service.

  • Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite and Web.
