Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Associate to join us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and be capable of handling a wide range of legal matters related to property transactions, contracts, and compliance.,

  • Review and draft various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, letter of intent, and contracts.

  • Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and other relevant statutes.

  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on real estate matters.

  • Assist in due diligence processes for property acquisitions and dispositions.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.

  • Assist in negotiations with external parties, including seller or landowners.

  • Stay informed about changes in real estate law and industry trends.

    Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).

  • Above 2 years of experience practising real estate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal.

  • Strong understanding of property law, contract law, and real estate transactions.

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
