Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our team for ongoing and future projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Duties:

- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs

- Evaluate and analyse tenders from subcontractors

- Monitor project progress and costs against agreed budgets

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for best deals

- Prepare and submit final accounts

- Provide advice on contractual claims

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Cost control expertise
